Looking at the manual I’m thinking this is not useable as a gate/pitch control using my A4. Anyone ever tried using it at all? I imagine it might be cool to modulate certain perimeters in the Mopho but it would be great if it could receive note info.
Going on memory, my p08 the foot pedal input came up as a mod source.
Destination can be osc freq, but the pedal input only accepts 1 to +5volts.
I made a custom breath controller for my P8 which put out 5V, fed into that jack, same as mopho no doubt, so it can only take one ‘channel’ of the four on A4 , better suited to a modulation type signal, but as Dave points out it’s heavily filtered as an input, so it’s gonna be smoothed, just keep the max voltage on A4 at 5 and play with value lin cv mode in a4
