If I input a mono input, does a stereo signal come out the line out?

In the settings menu there is a mono/stereo input setting.
If you set it to mono you will get a stereo signal.

You are wrong on the Razz being a gimmick. It will most likely be the deeper machine compared to the Korg. I am very impressed with mine, but hey I actually have one in my hand.
I had an A4 - nice machine as well, not nearly as fast to make drums on though.

I don’t have one (yet) but that’s my assumption as well, judging from the specs, manual and demos.
This combination of two FM oscillators, a wave file, two envelopes, two filters, one LFO - all per pad - in addition with FX at all stages, is something I haven’t seen in many machines. I guess you can go pretty deep into sound design.
The only thing that might lack bells and whistles is the sequencer - which is where the Drumlogue shines, from what I have seen.
The Razzmatazz sequencer seems pretty functional, though. This super stepper looks fun.

A case for the Drumlogue: I found, at last, a video that, IMHO, showcases the good aspects of this drum machine. It was made by a user who obviously knows what he’s doing and how to harness the interesting features of the logue.
The review is in French but you’ll find sound examples in the second half of the video.
