Drum stereo widening trick?

if you want extra punch to your kicks/snares try this.

add a very quick pan at the beginning of each sample hit via the LFO , assigned to pan.

the values i quite like right now are.
speed : 12
MULT 1k
FADE 52
DEST : AMP:pan
wave : TRI
sph 0
MODE : Trig
dep 63

works nicely on 808 style snare , bass , short snappy percussion come out wider than the normal mono sample , using random add a very short bit of fm/noise .
slightly tweak spd , fade , dep to fine tune
they sound weird if you pan hard left/right on the amp page too.

if you change fade to -27 it gives a slight flange effect too.

Very nice trick! Totally gives a nice feel to drums. Tried it on hi hats and other precision, works very well!

Thanks!
