Dj mixer with a class complaint audio interface

I want a DJ mixer that has a class complaint audio interface so that I can record directly to my iOS device. Is anybody doing something similar?

Allen & Heath Xone 96 has dual sound cards. Xone PX5 has a single sound card. I own the latter.

iPads and class compliant xone96s are a horrible idea….

Xone 96 audio interface is prefader though

It’s not exactly a recording/studio mixer. There’s far better options for that.

Did you swap the 96 for px5?
There are many times I concider it……

I think all of the Pioneer mixers from 900 nexus onward have a built in interface.
I have a 900 nexus and have used it to record to ableton before, but I’ve never tried it with an iPad.

Or you could just buy a zoom recorder.

I just went straight for the PX5. Couldn’t afford the 96 and I wanted the onboard effects.

Good choice. Bear in mind that you’ll only be able to record into the PC/Mac post fader and effects only on the summed channels 9-10. All individual inputs will enter computer pre fader.

Yup. I’ve had the mixer for over a year now. I’ve used it in a few different scenarios :).
