Disable transpose lock

There is a dimmed red light at the transpose / lock button and i don’t know how to get rid of it. Can somebody help me?

Either reselect the neutral ‘no transpose’ middle low c or finalise your current transposition by baking it into the sequencer with transpose + yes iirc

hold transpose and hit clear iirc
