Disclaimer: I am a midi doofus
Hi all – I use both a Digitone 1 and a Deluge as my main non-Eurorack synths.
I’ve made a CV-midi patch on my Empress Zoia to use my Doepfer Ribbon Controller as a midi controller for my Digitone 1. I really love that Digitone locks the scale so that I can improvise on the ribbon controller and everything is in scale.
My Deluge will not lock to scale for external midi controllers, which has closed off a lot of performance capability for me.
Is there a way I can set up my Digitone 1 so that as I improvise with the ribbon controller midi input into the Digitone 1, it exports this scale-locked midi info to the Deluge?
Maybe this is very obvious, but as I disclaim above, I am a midi doofus.
