I discovered today that monophonic sounds don’t function as expected when sequenced via logic on the Digitone using Overbridge. The same patches work as expected in Ableton.
- set play mode to mono
- set mono note priority to “last”
- trigger a note and hold it, trigger a second new note, release the new note
- one would expect in mono mode that when the new note is released, the original sustained note would sound
- instead when the new note is released, no sound is heard
As mentioned, the same patch works as expected in Ableton. Is anybody using Logic and able to get monophonic sounds to work as expected? It’s most noticeable with trills and leads.
