Digitone Midi Track CC resets synth parameters

I am using digitone to sequence Prophet 6 and I love that midi cc makes my patters more dynamic. I have set 8 parameters to be controlled from digitone. The problem comes when i don’t want to use those parameter locks.

Let’s say I clear the patern, make a new sequence with no parameter locks and hit play, then i change preset on prophet and I find a sound that i like. If then i stop the sequence and hit start again, even without param locks, all the parameters from prophet will change according to digitone.

What I would like is to keep those presets settings unchanged when i stop and start the sequence and activate digitone’s midi cc parameters only if i move the knobs…

The only workaround that I have found is to disable the midi cc parameters and enable only if i wanna use them, but would be amazing to have a better alternative.

The simplest way is just to duplicate the pattern and store one with midi cc enabled and one with it disabled, exact same everything else, then switch patterns accordingly. Settings are stored per pattern so unless there’s a reason not to do this, it’s probably the most reasonable approach.
