Had a gig a few weeks back, and I was jamming with chords on with a track channel (i.e. not MIDI channel). I noticed when I turned on live record and tried to jam with it, only the root note was being recorded, despite it playing chords when I was pressing the keys. Is this a “feature”, or am I doing something wrong?
