Digitone II default note length intervals

I’m sorry for asking this, please don’t hate on me but I’m an old geezer trying to ramp up fast!

I’ve been watching original Digitone tutorials, and learning a lot, but one thing I can’t figure out is how to change the note lengths from decimal to like fractions, maybe some dotted or tiplets, but I keep on entering notes and spinning past all these fractions, and it is time consuming to try and see the fractions I want buried in between all the decimals, and sometimes I go past them So I want to change a setting (I hope) so that the note lengths are just in fractrions, like 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, etc.,

I’m trying to do Step record in Jump mode, and this is driving me nuts. I’m watching a video where the original Digitone length is changing in fractions like I want. I’ve searched the manual, and on-line but not finding the answer.

Really appreciate the help, or if you can point me toward good tutorials, thanks!!!

hold FUNC while turning the note length encoder and it should snap to those lengths.

This is good info. Ive been on Syntakt about a year and DN2 for a few days, and I never knew FUNC+ would make those jump between coarse lengths. Thank you! I usually just spin the knob and go through all the decimals myself.
