Digitone 2 only Tracks

Thanks  for the kick it’s a preset (BD Pack, couldn’t tell you if it’s factory or not though!) with a bit of work on tuning, filter env and amp env

Made some melodic ambient music on Digitone 2, then multitracked out to one 4-track tape via Overbridge, 22 minutes. Performed on Portastudio with the faders and delay and reverb pedal sends, mostly for trying out performing that way. But the sounds are all DN2, have been enjoying it as my main instrument for just about a year now.

This this the best Digitone 2 only track I’ve made so far. I absolutely love the sounds you can get ojt of this little box. Feels like magic.

This jam came out nice. I used ableton to add some compressor and eq. I’m getting addicted to this machine

Some incredible music in here! I was on the fence with the Digitone 2 as I was worried it only did the bleep bloopy thing, but so many tracks with great, usable sounds here. Excited to get my hand on one.

It’s one of the most immediately musical devices around (aside from say, playing keys on a keyboard synth or twisting knobs on a mono). You can really get into some bleepery if you want to, (I love everything from noise to bleeps to drones to melodies, and this does everything well) but what comes out of it naturally is amazing musical tones, and wonderful percussion.

Digitone 2 is, by far, my favourite piece of gear! Finished this thing yesterday:

Now I’m not in love with the digital sound 100% of the time but, all in all, it’s a tool for people who want to make music. And for the sound, it’s usually a lack of skill on my part
