May I ask, how come you chose to use 2 DT’s. And which role does each fulfill?
There samplers so can be anything more or less, one i am planning on using more as a drum machine the other leaning more towards synth sounds etc, for this track theres not much percussion at all and both machines where on similar duties adding ambience,pads sound design, just over 8 tracks so at a squeeze i could of done this with one DT but think i would rather have spare tracks than not enough.
I did swap the DTs for 2 other elektrons becasue i was very confident they would suit my goals more.

I’m curious about samples’ sources/processing
on one DT i am using stock pad sounds pitched all the way down all with added distortion and reverb.
The 2nd DT i used my own samples mainly from my own large foley and found sound library most pitched down again with added delay and verb, control all comes into play reversing the samples midway threw.
A bit of limiting in Ableton bar that all DT.
I feel the same about the digi. Swapped my rytm and OT for it.
I really like the blank canvas idea of it. As you said it can be anything.
