Digitakt Tempo Jumps Using External Clock

When using my Digitakt with FLStudio, NI Maschine, Reaper, or Bitwig, the tempo fluctuates during playback. Is there a way to fix this that I am missing?

With Cubase and Ableton, the tempo does not fluctuate.
