Once I switched on the DGTKT, I’ve heard in the earphone a very tiny popping sound and the device stopped working. Any idea?
I checked the power supply and working fine
Do you mean it won’t tunr on, or turns on and there’s no sound?
If it’s the latter, you can hold FUNC whilst turning on and you’ll be given options to do a system check.
If the former you’d be better off opening a ticket with support, or contscting your retailer

Problems with both your digitone and digitakt ? Where did you get thos machines ?

I’ve bought it on ebay - perfect condition, only few months used
Unfortunately it doesn’t turn in at all
Oh mate that sucks. Get In touch with support. They’re really good, and hopefully it’ll be something that’s easily sorted under warranty. Good luck.
