Digitakt Song Select via external PC?

Can a Song be selected and loaded by sending a MIDI message to the Digitakt?
If so, how exactly can this be accomplished?

Is there a MIDI Implementation chart available for the Digitakt?
If so, how do I get it?

There is no formal MIDI implementation chart, but you can find all the MIDI functions described in the manual, including MIDI CC implementation.
