Look - i like this instrument and it’s so nice not needing a DAW but can somebody please explain how the hell to track to Logic. is there any way to use this with a DAW without being too complex?
Record it like you would any other instrument, stereo outs from the digitakt into your interface then record on a stereo track in Logic.
Apply for overbridge beta testing and cross your fingers
Just missed the boat on that one, it would seem.
Just a couple of things:
-
No. That feature was unretrofitted with the last update.

What exactly/ ‘the hell’ do you mean by “track to” Logic?
-
Sorry, but “too complex” is quite vague. I don’t mean to be a complete c**t, but what is complex for one user, might be standard practice for another.
Also: In case you hadn’t already, might I suggest reading the manual or searching for similar topics on this forum or the internet at large (perhaps a Logic users’ forum).
By the way - nice plucking at the beginning of ‘IDK’
I record one track at a time through the stereo outs. Not that big of a deal.
figured it out - thanks man.
got it
Is there anyway to make a 1 second delay before the digitakt starts to record? Like i give my virus 2 counts to sync. I am recording audio just messing around but it will not start on measure 1. perhaps record on measure 2 so no gap?
