Digitakt + recording samples direct from iPad iOS

new user to Digitakt and Elektron here.
just wanted to share this as I haven’t seen any threads related to it.
I’ve discovered a way of recording into DT recordings direct from iPad iOS apps…, for example Strom, Oscillator, etc etc.
simply connect headphone jack from iPad to either In of DT.
press record||

I’m just trying this out and at the moment even though I’m getting the sounds from iPad apps into DT you can’t actually hear the sounds going in until you select Preview recording in DT.

but hey I can get whatever I want from iPad to DT|| :>)

You can do that with any source :wink:
And to hear your input :
Turn the H encoder in the sampling screen to turn on MON (monitor). You’ll hear your input.
