I was thinking about how happy I was when the firmware with the second LFO came out. At the time I thought they were likely squeezing every last bit of available resources on the hardware to get that done, but there have been some massive features introduced since.

new SRR is nice. Using it as an LFO destination, slow setting on sustained pad sounds really interesting.

This update is making my Meris Ottobit Jr pedal nervous! I have it on an aux send and primarily use it for SRR. I have a special MIDI cable, so I can LFO it from the OTā¦ Having it right on the DT now (as an LFO destination too) is making me question whether I keep it or not!

Iām making big sample chains now from my packs, man am I glad I started making these! Got the entire Division Department 01/IV pack into a single chain, canāt wait to get started.

Well done Elektron, youāre spoiling us adding amazing new functionalities the last few updates!
Now we have sample chains, song mode, scales and now even machines and new effects. Not forgetting the second lfo, master compression, standard usb audio in/out and line input controls.
I feel like I got a whole new machine since I bought mine many years ago!
Canāt wait for the 2.0 firmware that brings stereo sampling and scatter effects

Amazing and exciting features, this turn digitakt on a new machine.
Hope to see something new for Digitone closely as new machines too: 2x2 op FM, 4 osc VA, WestCoast OSC machine or percussion FM machine would be awesome!

Havenāt caught up with whole thread yet, but Ableton has this already. Look at Fixed Length Recording. I use it on my Push 2 in session mode 100% of the time I create.
