Digitakt II - Track 15 LED issue (Red RGB component failure)

​"Hi everyone, I’ve recently encountered an issue with the LED on Track 15 of my Digitakt II. The red component of the RGB LED has stopped working entirely. I’ve already run the built-in functional test, which clearly confirms the hardware failure, leaving no room for doubt.

​I’ve contacted the support team of a well-known German retailer, but … This is incredibly disappointing considering the price of the unit and the fact that I have an important gig coming up that I might now miss. Has anyone else experienced similar LED failures on the Digitakt II? Any advice on how to speed up the RMA process?"

Yes, funnily enough I recently reported the exact same issue. Red LED on track 15 working intermittently. I contacted support, they were super helpful, but you’ll of course need to send it to their workshop. If your retailer isn’t being helpful, and your machine is still under warranty, just contact Elktron support directly.

On a side note, it’s an annoying issue but everything is still fucntional.
