Digitakt II + Microcosm + Yamaha MG10XU: How can I sample both dry and wet signals in stereo?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to find the best way to connect my Digitakt II, Hologram Microcosm and Yamaha MG10XU. I tried everything without a solution…
What I want to achieve is:
play a loop on the Digitakt II
hear the dry signal in stereo
send the signal to the Microcosm
hear the Microcosm wet signal in stereo with the mix knob on the Microcosm
and be able to sample either the dry stereo signal or the wet stereo signal back into the Digitakt II
I don’t have a separate audio interface, only the Yamaha MG10XU, which has USB audio. Do I have to buy an audio interface for that?
What is the correct routing and which cables should I use (TS vs TRS)?
I’ve tried several different routings through the Yamaha FX SEND and 7/8,5/6 channels, but I either get distortion/feedback or I lose the stereo signal.
What I specifically want is: dry stereo + wet stereo monitoring, while still being able to sample either one in stereo on the Digitakt II.
Is this something that can be done? Or am I searching in the wrong direction?

Thanks!

You can use the headphones out to go to the Microcosm and keep the main stereo for the dry signal.
