Yes, but when doing this it only copies the active selected track (the kick drum for example) but not the rest of the tracks in the pattern. What am I doing wrong?
Thatās exactly what happens to me and others. All sounds that were already on the Digitakt before the update work without any problems ā¦ but all sounds that are transferred to the Digitakt after the update do not load the corresponding sample.

ah yep, thats correct. tbh thats how i like to work with tracks so its not an issue in my case. i guess you can put a feature request in, tho im not sure how it would work where for eg pattern lengths are different per trackā¦

Glad you guys caught this one, itās probably the biggest workflow disruption Iāve experienced with the 1.10 release.
As far as I can tell the error always occurs, though. FUNC+YES brings me to the last-visited directory every time, and only jumps to the correct sample if, by chance, it was already in that dir.
However it does get the position of the sample correctly. For example if I last visited a BD folder and use FUNC+YES on a sample that is 14 positions deep in an SD folder, it will take me to the 14th sample in the BD folder lol

The sample hashing bugs have been particularly difficult for them to squash (repeatedly). I donāt know exactly why, but many of the regressions are tied to this functionality.

Iāve got a very specific test scenario (with test data) for this one. Hope that helps them nail at least one hashing bug.

Sending Mutes to external gear doesnāt work when PARAM OUTPUT is set to NRPN.
When the external audio in a pattern is active and you switch to another pattern, where the IN RL is still set to 0, the external audio is fully audible. This changes when you enter a trig. Then the external audio is instantly cut off.
I believe this is āby design,ā however annoying it might be. The external inputs (and effect sends for them) have always relied on a trig to activate them. Iām not defending the way it works, but I think itās been flagged before as expected behavior.

This evening I added five different presets from HexCells to the pool on my DTII running 1.10, and each of them was listed as āPRESETā in the pool:
When you select the trigs, they show "5 PRESET etc. on the SRC page, rather than the actual name e.g. āHex HH 8ā etc.

Ran into a weird bug today that probably wonāt be reproducible on demand.
I noticed that suddenly, page 2 of a 4-page sequence had all red trig lights active, even though only a couple of trigs were actually placed.
The false trigs did not play sounds or have any parameters when pressed. I was also able to add or remove real trigs just as normal, except that they were still falsely lit even after removing them.
Copying the page and pasting it into a blank one did not paste the false trigs. Copying the sequence, clearing it, and pasting it back also removed the false trigs.

Any way to revert back to old firmware?! Just trying out new for DTII and on 3rd attempt at sampling a synth externally, the recorder monitoring input stopped displaying level. When you record, it just records static, despite the monitoring working properly. This sucks. Anyone else w issue?! On mobile and havenāt had time to read entire thread. A restart didnāt fix. Neither did new projects.
edit: reinstalling fw appears to have fixed for now. that was super weird.

Two bugs I found:
- The first one is about the sample names, now whenever I want to grab a sample the longer names are hidden, it scrolls but not far enough, like the place for the folder icons is still there, but the scrolling doesnāt go all the way, so I canāt read the end of the name.
-Second is about previewing presets, whenever I preview a preset and while still holding the button to listen to it, and then selecting another preset changes the sample to the next presets sample. This was present before 1.10 too.

Iāve had the same thing but not sure how to reproduce. I think I was working with the new edit all track trigs functionality some time close to it. The ghost trigs appeared to be on the neighbor track of the one I was working on and masked the pattern, meaning my neighbor track had snare hits on 5, and 7. The masked trigs showed up on a track next to it on every step not 5 or 7
My DT2 keeps crashing when triggering it with the Launchpad Pro mk3 while the sequencer is running. Has happened before with the Torso T-1 too.
Anyone else experiencing this? Iāve contacted Elektron support too.
Hey somethings going on when im trying to use perform button and func+yes func+no, say if i mess up and I go to reload the kit from menu it will load the kit as init for some reason. Anyone know what im doing wrong?
edit: also having trouble using transfer app.
