Digitakt:how to connect it with midi

hi guys, i got the following machine to connect:
sintakt+digitakt+typhon+td3

my issue is not to connect them together through the internal software but just physically with the cables.

i’m aldo using a bluebox as mixer.

i want to control typhon and td3 through 2 digitakt channels and leave the syntakt alone doing its thing (maily giving the tempo and dome other effects)

how can i connect them to do so?

DT m.out > ST m.in
ST m.through > TD3 m.in
TD3 m.through > Typhon m.in

set DT midi tracks to same channels that Typhon and TD3 receive at
set ST internal tracks to not receive anything, only leave clock on (and program changes if you want them both to change patterns in tandem)

there are other ways to arrange it but its what i would try first to see if it works for me.

midi through is great, lets you daisy chain midi devices easily.

on a device, midi through doubles whatever is sent into the midi in, so your DT can talk to TD3 and Typhon, even though they are not connected directly

I have two of these…work perfect…but you have to spend money doing it this way.
