I really like repetitve dance music. That´s why I mostly listen to acid techno when it comes to edm.
The music has to be something like the same over the course so that you can dance the best (my opinion, to much change in the music interrupts the “dance flow” ;))…
I tried to make some “dark house techno” for the first time, repetitive too, believe me.
Beats are sampled with digitakt from my TR-8 (which I sold recently, because I sampled it all the way into the digitakt), synth are 3 different patches I made myself from the scratch with the waldorf blofeld. Music is “live recorded” into my tascam.
