Hi,
updated to latest Overbridge, need to update firmware on the Digitakt to talk to it. Updated to latest Transfer – but it no longer sees my Digitakt as an available device, so I can’t update the firmware.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

That’s definitely been mentioned before, you need to get the updates (firmware and overbridge) in the right order, and there’s something about DT2 USB settings too (an overbridge setting ?). Check the various related threads (firmware/overbridge) in the digitakt topic.
I have seen a number of posts like this the past couple of days. So, I’m not sure if people realize that you can update over a Din MIDI cable from Transfer if it does not see your device as USB. This is what I did. Works fine but takes about 15 minute or so.
