As a Voyager owner I am jealous of that sound.
Will I cave in? Tune in next time
As the owner of a beautifully restored vintage Minimoog, I myself am quite impressed with what I am hearing in this video. Aside from the excellent sound of the Model D, the sequencing is quite nice! I find the Digitakt to be a terrific companion to a good vintage-style monosynth. Quite a complimentary sound.
Is that static whine sound throughout the video your model D or just a problem with the recording?
I think to much usb cables.
It is not the model D but my line6 helix lt, it is to close to the pc monitor.
Here is another one, better audio quality, recorded in one take, switching patterns on the digitakt and play with the pattern length.
Hey,
Would you be so kind to share insight on how you’ve got midi set-up from the digitakt? i.e. settings on the menu pages? Screenshots would be amazing if possible.
Are you going from midi cable or usb into the model D?
Cheers
only note messages from digitakt to model D, live tweaking the controllers on the model D.
I made a few different sequences in the digitakt
For the life of me, I can’t figure out why I’m getting no sound from Model D when trying to control it with the Digitakt via MIDI. If I plug in any other MIDI controller to the Model D it works, so I’m assuming that it’s something with the Digitakt settings.
Did you have any problems like this?
Are you able to control other devices with your digitakt?
You have to set the midi in the midi track to the proper number and make sure it’s enabled
Yes. I’m controlling other synths and drum machine with no problem. Also, if I connect my Keylab via midi directly to the Model D, it works no prob on the same midi channel. This is driving me cray.
