Digitakt 2 Volume issue/bug

Hey, so just got a new Digitakt 2 and have some weird stuff happening with the volume button, don’t know if it’s an issue or a bug.

1 - The volume knob is at 0 positions I hear sound coming thu.

2 - As i start to bring the volume up let’s say from 0 to 10, it plays only one side, then from 7 to 10, it plays full stereo .

Tried to see in the machine configuration and had no luck, tried with another cable no luck. Tried then with Rytm, etc and this doesn’t happen so it’s Digitakt 2 issue.

Does anyone have this bug/problem and know how to solve it?
Internal configs look all good

Sounds faulty.
Get in touch with elektron / return to store for replacement if you can.

This has been reported on the forum two or three times. If I remember correctly, it was deemed a hardware issue.

Thanks guys for the help , was just making sure it wasn’t my fault or any dumb setting.
Already read other users reporting weird stuff about the new Takt/Tones mk2 in other forums.
Contacting Elektron now to see what they have to say .
