Digitakt 2 & CM-15

Love my Digitakt 2, but I am a big fan of sampling organic instruments and sounds and been lurking for a very simple mic to bring along.

Then I remembered the pricy, portable and powerful CM-17 from TE.

Anyone rocking this combo?

Anyone have this mic? Not alot of info out there I regards to the quality of audio, etc.

It’s a microphone! Please keep this thread for chat about the mic. So many TE threads descend into tedious discussions of the price. It would be neat if we could avoid that for once. Price comparisons to other gear is relevant though, I reckon. (Edited for punctuation, and extra explanation).

Does the CM15 have built in pres to sample directly into DT at line level?

There’s that Critter Guitari mic that Ricky Tinez has been using in that sorta fashion for a fraction of the cost of the TE. Could be enough depending on your goals. Seemingly discontinued though so would need a bit of latent stock/2nd hand luck
