I just received my Digitakt ii; however, the small screen had no plastic covering, and looks like it has had some mild wear, not severe but noticeable. Does elektron ship these out with no plastic over the screen? Thanks.
If you bought a new DT2 and not a used one, it definitely has a screen protector, you just can’t see it. If you want to take it off, look at the edges and try to gently peel it off, I usually do it with the nail of my little finger.

Thank you! That was really hard to see. I was all ready to contact the seller. Lesson learned: take of my glasses and try to peel it anyway lol.

I did this too 
When I received my first Elektron box I almost went full Karen on the shop because they sent me a used box with scratched up screen!!!. thank goodness I went and double checked before pressing ‘send’ on that email.
Maybe Elektron should start putting a little sticker on the screen film that says “Peel me!”.
