Hello all,
I don’t use this forum often, mostly because I’ve been neglecting my octatrack and just using it to keep my other devices in sync.
Now I am without a studio for a year or so, so I’ve decided to learn this instrument from the bottom up
I had previously loaded up some of my own samples and wish to keep those on the unit, however I would like to delete all the projects I had started in the past. My problem is that I can’t find how to delete projects, I have used the search function on the forum and also google.
Im sure it must be a pretty simple fix, could someone please point me in the right direction?
Cheers in advance
Marc

Projects are just folders with the collected data in them. Ensure that you have a backup of your samples first, and then do either:
Computer:
Simply delete the Project folders and their contents.
Octatrack
[Function] + [Project]
System >> Card Tools >> File Manager
[LFO] functions as Delete

It can also be done by going to Project->Change->Fuction+Bank(Edit), that way you can also easily rename a project.

Thanks again for that : AFAIK, it’s the only way to save a recording when your card is full!
More tested needed to confirm!
And yes my 16go is quickly full!
@ ursa thank you for this, I was searching for this.
