Hi, Syntakt newbie here
just bought a second hand gear and I can see just a Project named PRESETS
and Bank A and B with 16 patterns each.
Is this the default configuration?

Yes, that’s right. The seller has probably wiped the machine clean before selling it. All you need to do is create your first project and you can start making music.
Check out chapter 6 in the Syntakt manual for information on the basic structure of the Syntakt with projects etc, and chapter 14 for information on how to manage projects.
