Dead trig - repair options

Oh my - I noticed my trigger number 14 had ‘died’. When I opened it up a spring and ball bearing dropped out. The actual trig casing ‘looks’ ok but is detatched from the circuit board. I’ve not found out which tool to use to remove the circuit board from the top so not sure if it just all clips back on. So … looking at the attached images

  1. Do you think it’s just a case of getting the ball bearing and spring back in the trig casing and cliping it back?
  2. If (1) is a goer what tool should I use to unscrew the internal circuit board
  3. If this needs a professional or a whiff of a soldering iron - can anybody recommend a friendly UK based tech who won’t rip me off?

I need my baby back - it’s the heart of my modular!

No replies to this - I did some searching and found a link for http://www.synthprof.com/ but no replies to emails.

Quick bump and will try posting elsewhere.

Have you contacted Elektron about this? Maybe they can supply some guidance / spare parts.

I guess I’m a bit dumb for not trying that. I always have this idea that big companies are going to ignore me  - will drop them a mail. Thanks for prompting me

I have found Elektron to be quite responsive whenever I’ve had issues.
