Date and time problem?

Does anyone else have the problem of having to reset the date and time every time they power up their octatrack?
Also the octatrack loads blankly (and I have to choose a set to get back to the last thing I was playing around with)

Not normal behaviour. I recommend contacting Support.

I just had this happen to me but just once. Is there any knowledge on this issue that can be shared ?

Yes, I’ve had this problem since I bought mine from new(a few years) it doesn’t happen all the time (at least 1 in 10 when switching on) but pretty sure it always happens if I disconnect the power cord from the Octatack itself. Just have to remember the name of the project you are working on (or plug it into a pc via usb and sort by project date.)
