i am trying to hook up my SCI pro to my a4.
but so far i have not really been too successful.
has anyone managed to control the pro one via cv-gate ?
clock works, but i can not get the cv-gate to run.
nice problem to have 
cables and settings, obvious i know but double check
cable - insert type or two mono cables at the expense of Out B & Out D
V/Oct w defaults should get u going if it’d wired and set right !
Especially if it works over ext cv normally
Gate for the Gate (probably v-trig) , Pitch for the Pitch (V/Oct)
Make sure both are sourcing the same track (Encoder E)
Never got it to work for me. Really sucked. The AKAI MAX49 works great!
Tried every type of cable, every possible setting on the A4- just did not work.
The CV should be working… possibly the GATE pulse is not hot enough to trigger the PRO1 envelopes? can you play from the keys whilst the CV is plugged in? can you hear the incoming CV or the key voltages?
i dont have a pro 1 but some older synths need 7-10v to trig the envelopes.
