CV Out Portamento

Hello, a good friend lent me his A4 for almost a week and now I want to buy it , but there’s details I would like to know before :

I am able to control my MS20 (original one) with the cv outputs, and have the signal back into the A4.
With Overbridge in Cubase Pro 8, I can play it from my USB midi keyboard using the Midi in of the A4 (keyboard midi out to A4 midi in)

There’s one single thing that just drove me crazy : I didn’t find the Portamento/Glide. there’s a slide function but it’s not the same…

Is there a way to have it or a work around ? How do u guys do ?

Yep, you can control Hz/V synths and feed them back in. There’s a settings page for internal sounds and you can Turn on Legato for the CV track there. Go to sound settings and then select CV track
All of the above works very nicely with my MS20mini

Thanks for your answer !

But when I’m going in the Sound Menu of Trk 1 (Pressing Function and the D note on the A4 Keyboard) , I can then Scroll down to settings which has the Legato and the Portamento functions, but those apply to the A4 oscillators ( I guess because they don’t affect the MS 20 sound or pitch)
When I hit CV theses functions go away …
I’ve tried to do it via the “velocity mod/pitchbend/MW…” menu there but it still doesn’t work : I got my pitchbend to work but not the Portamento/glide

How do you find that CV Portamento ?!

Ah yeah, you can use this soon, just not quite yet sorry !
