Hi, is there a way other than p locking every seperate step to adjust cutoff for all sounds in a a4 voice pattern?
not sure, what exactly you want to do… with performance macro you can have all cutoffs of the 4 track sounds on one knob…
lets saay i have a track with several different sounds eg step 1 kick step 3 hat step etc and I want change the filter. As the sounds are p logged the filter change only affects the main sound that is loaded to the track but not the p locked ones
You could load the sound locked patches onto the track proper, make the tweak you want, and then re-save the edited sound to the same slot in the sound pool. it’ll apply to your sound-locked trigs.
Or you could (probably?) change the velocity mod map to change cutoff (perhaps turning off velocity-to-volume), and use velocity to sequence filter.
Or if you don’t need to sequence it, just assign a performance macro.
