A4 Revival Loop
some techno I made last night jamming on my LXR02
Really great little magic drum box of madness! I love it and the DB01 for portable live jams. Add in the Digitone for complete box setup.
DT/DN
Smol jam. Digitone 2, Cobalt8m, bass
I’m having fun multitracking Nord Drum 3. It sounds so crisp.
Working on some techno
Cross posting this from the jamuary thread because im stoked i got modep up and running on a raspberry pi 4, which means i can run a guitar into my mixer without needing an amp or anything else. It’s running a couple emulated pedals, an amp sim and an ir loader, and i think the guitar actually sounds pretty good (although the digitakt and nymphes in the background have very boring jobs). Anyway, here’s two minutes of dumb shredding lol
Using a Pocket Scíon’s touch-controlled MIDI output with no internal sounds while occasionally playing the touch keys of a MicroFreak run through tape delay and submarine reverb on a Korg NTS-1; then a little bit of SpaceBlender in post to finish.
Embarrassing Kanye in front of all his friends.
Decided to use my Take 5 as a drum machine. Main pads are Artemis and Peak and some Lyra solos thrown in the mix. Probably one of the more classically “synthwave” songs I’ve ever made. Messed up with really low recorded input levels and had to make lemonade with the mix but it ended up ok I think. Love the way the Artemis manages to be both a lovely pad synth and a nice horn sound in the same patch.
great stuff. which nord drum you have? its that alone or you have fx on this?
Morning noise
Syncussion bassline and Digitone
Thanks
Nord Drum 3P.
I played it, sampled and sliced it into DT2 audio tracks. There I added a bit of reverb, note changes for some of the melodic beats… and a bit of filter+amp alteration, but that’s about it. I made all the sounds first with the ND synth.
the most organic drum machine!
