techno noodle to mess around with ableton 12

Was fiddling around with A4 trying to make an evocative lead, but instead ended up with a really cool deep bass patch.

Novation peak on lead and pads and Lossy set to gated mode, making some hi frequency sizzle.

Where have you been all of my life, OT?

This is the ultimate guitar FX ever made. Instant Gilmour, Hendrix, Morello, everything is possible.

Been making some hard techno on the Maschine+ to figure out a compositional workflow. Made a little recording to play with the instant legato pattern change feature like the one found in the Rytm, the Tempest and of course Ableton Live. Endless inspiration.

todays youth could be offended if you call that “hard techno”. Things seem to have changed. Hard techno is now pitched laser kicks.
I actually know hard techno as the successor of schranz and is somewhat related to hard groove and what people once called funky techno.
Same thing somehow happened with hardstyle.
I would consider this hard techno, not even schranz most of the times, its not schranz enough:

No mean to rant I just met a few young people a whiled ago and was asking about all that stuff.
Uptempo, terror, -core…and so on.
