Crossfader not working?

Hi there, long time since i last touched my OT.
Whenever i move the crossfader, it gets stuck on 100% scene A. Even in Demo Mode. Assigning different scenes to scene A works well. I hope i am missing something obvious…?

Is moving the fader in Test Mode supposed to produce some kind of light indication ?

You may have muted Scene B, function + Scene B. Check to see if the scene led is lit.

nope, scene B is not muted. The fader graphic on the screen doesn’t show anything when moving the fader. Thanks…

sounds like you might have accumulated some dust in there. if you haven’t already, try giving it a blast with some compressed air…

i just did that…still nothing.
No way that i might have disabled the crossfader in some general settings ?

do the knobs work on parameters?

Yeah, all the knobs work perfectly.
And i can map anything to any scene, but the crossfader will just get stuck on the leftmost position.

Can i ask for someone to take two minutes and just run the OT in test mode (hold function when powering up) and watch if moving the fader has any effect on leds or anything ?

Now i am sure it’s a hardware problem.
Damn i am so unlucky : MD frozen and OT broken within 2 days.
