Hey guys,
let’s say I have a track with 64 pattern steps in it.
Now, steps 1-16 are notes and maybe empty steps I’d like to repeat to fill up all four bars til step 64 (To make progressing alternations in notes etc.).
Is there a way to copy more than one note at a time? Like … four notes? A whole bar, an odd number of steps (maybe even empty ones)?
If I remember correctly, this is something the Korg EMX-1 offered, which I found very handy.
Thanks for your help,
Bolandross
I tend to use Page Copy for this kind of thing as copying trigs usually requires more fingers or bigger hands than I possess. Hold down the Page button and Copy then go to the place you want and paste 'em.
You copy multiple trigs the same way you do singles, it will even preserve gaps if the selection is non adjacent !
True but it’s not always physically possible to select all the trigs you want, at least I don’t find it so. Ideally you’d select a start and end point which would allow for trigs that go beyond a single page.
