Can I copy a KIT, save it agin and then rename it. 2 versions of the same kit are good for maybe tinkering with and changing things while also keeping an original that is being used by other patterns.

When you have a Kit loaded, FUNCTION + KIT, choose Save Kit, choose a new/empty slot and it’s then duplicated.
