Controlling Ableton Live track mutes w/ DT2 track mutes

Check this in Midi Port Config :

OUTPUT CH selects whether the DATA ENTRY knobs will send data on the auto channel or the track channel.

Maybe it is set to Auto-Channel, and send to channel 1 even if Auto-Channel is off.
Should be set to track channel.

Edit : maybe Data Entry isn’t the right option. Anyway worth a check.

It shouldn’t be possible to send mutes on respective track channel, as on other Elektrons.
Can’t be a choice but a bug if not possible.

Yeah my OUTPUT CH is set to TRK CH as I usually have it

Not seeing that here. Green mutes send CC94 on channels 1-8 for tracks 1-8 (didn’t check 9-16).

Oh that’s weird, I wonder if there’s something wrong with Live’s MIDI Monitor device. It shows this even when MIDI monitor for the track it’s on is set to All Channels.

Indeed the messages show as coming from separate channels for me when mapping and when looking at the channel input indicators in the MIDI input dropdown.

Well that’s good at least, thank you.
