Ya I was thinking about trading up from the SubPhatty to the Sub37 - it has a lot of desirable functionality lacking in the SubPhatty. But on the other hand, an A4 and Minitaur are so much more portable, and you still have the same high-end filters, oscillators - would be great to have one set up for studio, one for the road. checks wallet sigh
I’m a big fan of the intellijel modules too! The Rubicon and Metropolis are high on my wish-list. And the micro scale.
My AR arrives today (fingers crossed) - if the SubPhatty low-end is too much with the AR, I would use the low-cut on the SubPhatty (@75Hz) mixer channel. Generally speaking, I don’t mind high-passing analog synths - you still retain a lot of the lower harmonic content, and achieve some clarity/separation.
