Compact flash sd Card adapter? have you tried one?

I have a few 64 GB and 32 SD cards laying around, has anyone tried this adapters? they work with any DSLR I have try in the past Im a. bit curious to try one , any input from you guys?

This was brought up on another post. Ultimately based on the specs of SD vs compact flash you may not be able to get fast enough transfer speeds out of using SD cards. However an adapter may still technically work.
