I got mine yesterday, got a Lossy and a Silktone Fuzz+ - I’m just sending some drums through that, it sounds F-I-L-T-H-Y. Stoked to have gotten 2x pedals!

Oh that’s sad. I really like the idea of us Elektronauts trading stuff amongst the community members so we can all benefit from the cheap prices of Mystery Box but also get pedals we actually want to use!

Not sure if people are following Blisscord or other sources as fervently as myself.
Big news item from today, somebody opened a box with the “Bliss for Life” certificate but no pin.
Sounds like due to the frenzied shipping, CB has confessed that 2 extra certificates went out accidently in boxes with a Dirt Bird, but don’t include pins.
They are going to honor the 2 extra certificates, so there are still 6 Bliss for Life to be opened yet. (1 more guaranteed in the US).

Man, that discord is a crazy spot, and what worse is those sharing what’s said on Facebook.

Lots of people whining about the 2 errant Bliss for Life certificates that went. Others whining about upping the number of Bliss for Life recipients from 5 to 7 because of the error. Before that, whining about delays in shipping, whining about the resale value/scalpers…. It’s endless.
CBA makes great stuff… That’s basically what I’ll keep reminding myself and not watch their Discord posts.
From the latest update, I think I’ll see mine in January. I’m good with that.

I think it’s fun. 90% of people are just yapping while they wait for their box and getting hyped by other people getting theirs. The 10% of complainers are a nice reminder of the way people are sometime lol. I don’t take anything anyone says there seriously.

This is by far the least toxic community.
The Blisscord is honestly pretty good and it has the benefit of being pretty tightly moderated.
The Gear Page is decent.
Guitar and Guitarpedals subreddits are some of the most toxic online spaces you will find.
Something about Chase Bliss brings out the worst toxicity I’ve seen in guitar communities. A lot of entitlement, anger, greed. It’s nuts.

I thought it was a way cool thing to happen and exactly how I’d imagine they handle it. It’s a double win, Dirt Bird + Bliss 4 Life, but absolutely a great way to honor an error.
