Channel 10 does not turn on

Disabling/enabling channel 10 in mute mode does not work. In play mode, there is sound by tapping on the channel 10 pad. You can also not create a 10th scene in the scene mode. In performance mode, it is the same.
Reset to factory settings , performed calibration , nothing helps . By creating a new project, the problem is also not solved.

This is expected behaviour, Mutes do not operate on the audio, they operate on the sequencer only

Elektron only have one device where Mutes act on the audio, that’s the OT, for all the others the Mute acts on the sequencer, but not the pads/track when played manually !

okay, but what can I do to enable/disable the channel again?

I’ve only just watched the video, that looks like a hardware issue - you should ask Elektron what your options are - the pad is unresponsive, there may be an issue with the replaceable membrane which sits underneath the pads to couple the pad to the circuit or there may be an issue with the circuit.

A further test is to go into TEST MODE … hold down FUNC when you boot the machine up, then the status of your pad pushes will be logged on the LCD, this takes the firmware out of the picture and tests the hardware on a more direct basis

You’d report the difference in response here to Elektron by comparing what Pad 10 reports (if anything) in contrast to the other pads

They’ll advise you of your options, or you could search here for people who have undertaken the tricky DIY route and replaced the coupling film beneath the pads, which may or may not be the source of the issue

Elektron is your best source for information on this issue, you’ll need an account on Elektron.se to open a support ticket for your registered device

Okay, thanks for the help. I’m very upset :frowning: . Elektron will most likely be told to send them to the office. but I live in Russia and I just don’t have such an opportunity :((
