The more i read the more confused i get. So I hope someone could help me on this.
I want to know if there is a way where i can change the samples on the slots for different ones.
Right now i’m using different banks for different songs in the same project. Having some loops performing the structure of the song while i’m performing and adding things over this.
I know i can P-Lock samples from the list to my trigs but just guessing if what i want is possible or not?

You’ve got 128 slots per project. You have to manually change the sample in the slot if you want a different one.
Well at this moment I managed to put a Part per Bank and assign different slot samples to my tracks.
I would love to remove the samples on the track i’m not using from the parts i’ve copied but by the moment i just switched to track to flex.
I guess I don’t understand what you are after (language barrier)… Parts CAN change which slot/sample is assigned to a track, they don’t load a new sample to a slot.
Find Merlin’s guide to the octatrack and it will probably help you understand the methods behind the madness.
You’ve got 4 parts per bank to work with too. These can change which sample is assigned to each track!
The Project level is where samples and slots are matched up. So, if you have various slots filled with samples, the only way to get different samples in those slots is to switch to a new/different project.
Read the beginning part of the OT manual that discusses Sets and Projects and the Audio Pool.
Parts/Banks/Tracks/Patterns all pull from the sample slots associated with their parent project (i.e. - shared across Banks/Patterns/Parts)
