Chain Behavior

Hey Nauts,

Recently picked up an Octatrack (love it!), so I’m currently learning the ropes.

I was wondering about the uses of the Chain Behavior setting (PLEN, 2/16, 3/16, …). I can’t think of any reason I would use anything other than PLEN, but I’m sure it must be useful for something.

Does anyone ever set that off of PLEN, and could you post a link to an example track that you’ve done it in?

If you have your pattern length set to INF (infinite) and still want to change patterns manually, you would want chain behavior to something other than PLEN.
