same here. The only thing I am a bit worried about is the particular approach of the Carbon8. For me, it’s the best one of that series but it might be a challenge for Modal to introduce that product to the masses. Most users get subtractive, some FM, other Wavetable, and whilst Carbon8 is a bit of all, it also features a strong phase distortion and wave shaping engine. Great for textures, and dark tones but maybe not so easy to understand for some.
Full-on-sound-designers will be happy with it, for sure.
