I’m connecting through USB, selecting System then OS Upgrade. I connect to the Digitakt with the Transfer app, I drag and drop the sysex file, then the Digitakt switches to ‘receiving’ and gets stuck there. I’ve tried different USB cables and ports, but the problem remains. Any suggestions?

Make sure to put your Digitakt in USB Midi Only (not overbridge) mode in the System settings before sending the new OS sysex file.
If you still can’t get it to work, and you have a way to send sysex over 5-pin DIN midi, you could upgrade with the startup menu and Elektron C6. Hold the [FUNC] while starting the Digitakt, then press the [TRIG 4] key. You can read more about this process on page 59 of the manual.
