Can't turn off FX

I have all my FX turned off, but I still hear reverb not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Turn your release down to zero to double check its reverb you are hearing.
Or turn down chorus too, to check it is not sent to reverb.

Possible that you have a reverb value locked to a step or steps?
